1. I'm grateful that Benji did a great poop this morning.
2. I'm grateful that Renee and Trish understand and support my morning commitment that caused me to be late this morning.
3. I'm grateful that our counselors understand Chill Skills and have expanded the instruction to be so much more connected to gratitude, mindfulness and were able to articulate it so well.
Friday, Dec 9
1. Grateful that I was at least able to sleep some since I am struggling with that.
2. Grateful that I have tools to deal with my depression and struggle inside and not have to go on meds.
3. Grateful that I have options to become healthy.
